* Delivery timings are between  10 am - 6 pm from Monday to Sunday .
* Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays are available.

*Shipping Methods:*

* We use our own delevery agents to ensure timely and safe delivery.

*Shipping Charges:*

* Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and distance of the delivery location.
* Shipping charges are ₹30 for local area and for orders below ₹200, free for orders above ₹300].

*Order Tracking:*

* Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
* You can track your order on our website.

*Delivery Policy:*

* We ensure that all products are carefully packed and handled to prevent damage during delevery .
* In case of any damage or issues during delivery, please contact us within 12 hours.
* We reserve the right to request photos of damaged products for quality control purposes.

*Undelivered Orders:*

* If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or the customer's absence, we will attempt to contact the customer to rearrange delivery.
* If we are unable to deliver the order after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed with in 2 working days.
